Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.General PurposeProvides leadership and a senior level solution consulting service in customer project; ability to understand customers business and technical needs and ability to translate them into a solution, Designs and executes complex integration, operations or performance solutions for customers & Shares professional knowledge to guide others.What you will learn and contribute toAs part of our team, you will:Be responsible for managing project team for IMS areaand bring thought leadership in customer engagement.Manage client engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.System Integration Project and execution plan management;Provide delivery value proposition & model;Ensuring competent resources on time delivery;Working with other teams and ensuring high performance team across location;Presales support for portfolio;Core technology savvy and good understanding of VoLTE/IMSlandscapeRelevant 7+ year track record of system integration services, delivery or solutions creationUnderstanding of system and services business and product portfolioSkilled in complex solution lead development, strongpresentation skillsExperience in working in a matrix organization leading virtual, multi-cultural teams without hard reporting linesGood understanding of Delivery process and toolsStrong leadership skillsStrong drive and initiativeYour skills and experienceYou have:Ability to work under pressure in critical environments for sustained periodsAbility to understand the new solutions quickly and delivering the same to Customer.Must be self-motivated and dynamicAble to motivate team membersMust be willing to take ownership of issues and drive them to a successful resolutionMust be able to work independently and deliver high quality workExperience of working with external customers is an added advantageExcellent written and oral communication skillsShould have goodunderstanding of telecom (3G/4G/5G)Good program delivery experience in IMS across multiple customer.Experience in handling large telecom project at core side.
