Through its product Saar, eMushrif focuses on transforming normal school transportation to a safe, simple and smart school transportation.We provide our people with a healthy and fun environment and a continuous growth culture which drives innovation and creativity, in addition to tools such as unlimited learning courses through our Learning Management System, which ensure the continuous excellence of our team.Job Purpose: To lead and set the strategic direction for the agile delivery of software and hardware in alignment with the Companys commercial and growth strategy.Candidate is expected to:1. Inform the product and development teams of the products vision and direction to maintain a sense of purpose and direction within the technical arm of the company.2. Work closely with the other business development functions to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI to ensure that the Company is working towards valuable growth.3. Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product to maintain an up to date understanding of where the product is heading and where it needs to head to adapt to market changes.4. Follow and research the Companys direct and indirect competitors and the industry to maintain a healthy understanding of the Companys position in the market.5. Set and maintain a frame work for the requirements lifecycle, covering ilicitation, story writing, UI/UX and the development of requirements to deliver value to end users.6. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the Companys products to ensure that the R&D team executes features appropriately.7. Lead the planning of product release plans and manage expectations for new functionalities to ensure stakeholders have a realistic grasp of when to expect feature deliveries. The stakeholders plan their functional activities accordingly.8. Provide an active role in facilitating operational change produced due to the release of new functionality to ensure the least amount of disruption to current business processes.9. Understanding Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends to maintain alignment with the R&D team and adapt to their process when passing on requirements.10. Maintain a log of product changes, and communicate changes to the relevant stakeholders to ensure that stakeholders constantly update understanding of changes.11. Generate quarterly reports, synthesizing findings from UX research, to offer line managers an overview of the product line overall performance when it comes to usability.12. Generate quarterly progress reports that break down product deliverables and the projected deliverables for the upcoming quarter to offer leadership with a candid view of the Companys product development velocity.
