This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It target leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN.The Learning Services Portfolio Manager within the MN Services Technical Support Services team is responsible for the overall planning, development, and monitoring of a product / platform / service portfolio over its complete lifecycle. Defines the strategic direction of a product / service portfolio and segments in view of market conditions and customer requirements. Provides leadership and expertise in formulating and executing strategies for a variety of products / product lines / services / service segments. Lays out the groundwork for investments in influencing the decision-making regarding portfolio decisions. Ensures that portfolio performance meets or exceeds set targets to enable product competitiveness and customer attractiveness.What you will learn and contribute toThe Learning Services Portfolio Manager role is responsible to:

• Drive the portfolio and performance with clear end to end ownership and accountability to deliver best in class solutions and services
• Define GTM, Commercial and Business models in collaboration with Commercial Management, BG Portfolio Management and RBC teams
• Define and develop products, solution and offering according to customer needs and market trends, as per services Create process, full milestone follow up
• Manage portfolio and roadmap, pricing and costing, new services introduction and product lifecycle management, drive solution development requirement
• Drive enabling and capability development for efficient Service product/solution delivery according to delivery model and engage with the stakeholders to execute the interventions
• Service Innovation Management in collaboration with Portfolio Management and ecosystem partners to deliver best in class learning experiences
• Design, develop, optimize, and drive the delivery model for best quality and efficiency and user experience in collaboration with stakeholders
• Engage with the RBC , CX and customers to drive the portfolio penetration and establish a continuous feedback loop ensuring a competitive portfolio
• Responsible for driving the portfolio business view and drive the needed focus with stakeholders with strong governance and rigor that maximises business outcomes
• Engage, shape and influence the customer and learning Industry ecosystem through strategic positioning of Nokia / MN technology & thought leadership

Your skills and experienceYou must have

• A solid Industry, Product & Technology knowledge and understanding
• Customer engagement and product management experience and exposure
• Excellent Communication and relationship management skills to engage at executive levels
• Strong ability to develop Business Cases and articulation to drive the influence and engagement
• Design Thinking orientation to identify problems and develop solutions that generate impact
• Strategic thinking and Entrepreneurship mindset to lead with accountability
• Leadership skills to engage across stakeholders and realise the outcomes
