The incumbent will be responsible for production, maintenance, business development and profitability of Block Plant (MASA/HESS/Wet Press Plant)Responsible for estimates/pricing and possess sound commercial knowledgeResponsible for budget preparation and implementationResponsible for subcontracts, contract agreements, work programs, follow-up payments with clientsResponsible for the upgrade & maintain the quality standards for Blocks, Kerbs and PaversShould have the capability of manpower optimization for planned productivity and ensure efficiencyShould have business development manager capabilities and hands-on experience in project operationsMust be able to foresee the material demand in countrys construction industry and tune the production to meet demandsObserve trends and suggest management to improve productivity and revenuesMaintenance and optimum utilization of materials at manufacturing sitePeriodic production MIS preparation and reporting to Management REQUIREMENTS: A techno-commercial professional with overall 20 years experience in Cement Blocks manufacturing industry. A min of 8-10 years experience in Block PlantAtleast 5 years experience in MASA/HESS/Wet Press plant is mandatoryMust have knowledge to troubleshoot plants day-to-day technical issuesMust have the financial acumen to take commercially viable decisionsSound communication and leadership skills to handle a workforce of 100+ employeesComputer skills like MS Excel are required, SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
