(CSP) and enterprise networks. This includes network infrastructure services and professional services for mobile networks and managed operations for fixed, mobile, IP and optical domains. Nokia is also leading new growth areas including network cognitive services and analytics, public sector networks, energy and transport markets and our Worldwide IoT Network Grid (WING) which provides seamless connectivity across geographical borders and technologies.As Nokias growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.Network Performance and Optimization Team is part of Nokia Global Delivery Centers organization. We are taking care customers in Europe and globally as well.What you will learn and contribute toNetwork Performance & Optimization (NPO) covers consultation of customers on communication network performance. Contains optimization and managing of the optimization of customer networks.The Performance & Optimization Specialist performs solution monitoring, data collection, generation of daily / weekly reports, and a first level of analysis and problem identification in a domain of the customer solution (radio, access, core, application). Performs optimization in terms of capacity, architecture, performance, analyses counters, and metrics on current capacity and usage. Forecasts traffic patterns to evaluate impact on current and future architecture. Recommends parameters tuning and design evolutions.As part of our team, you will:

• Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for staff / work team / taskforces.
• May lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or small teams, handles day-to-day staff management issues and allocation of work. Independently optimizes networks with all components based on traffic trends and customer forecasts.

• Solid 5G and LTE hands on knowledge in multilayer optimization scope
• Knowledge of Nokia Radio HW and OSS tools
• Competence transfer skills
• Process oriented
• Organized
