- Performance Insights Reporting Proficient (22217)Performance Insights Reporting Proficient - ( 22217 )DescriptionRole Purpose:Responsible for technical BI, customer Insights, performance reporting and developing dashboards.Key Responsibilities:1. Reporting & analysis:? Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements. ? Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources. ? Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for Commercial teams ? Design and implement technology best practices and guidelines. ? Solely handle ad-hoc data request and asses how these reports can be further automated to offload reporting team. ? Design Graphical presentation of data for different tier of management though automated solution. ? Cohesive working with technical and commercial departments to achieve business objectives of information sharing coincide with organization policy.2. People Management:? Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to the BI team.Knowledge / Technical Skills:? Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards, including. ? Working with users in a requirements analysis role. ? Extensive experience with data warehouse architecture. ? Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional). ? Proficiency with Cognos BI product suite (Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Query Studio, etc.). ? Must have knowledge to work in advance dash board tools like Tableau or power BI. ? Strong knowledge of SQL scripting with advance knowledge on impact of query on database performance. ? Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries required. ? Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures. ? Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments. ? Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities. ? High level of knowledge for programing language like Python is preferred. ? Programming / scripting experience and knowledge of software development life cycle is preferred. ? Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.QualificationsEducation/Experience:?
