We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.As HR Care Specialist you are supporting Employees and Line Managers in Europe in different tool, process and policy related questions as well as in different operational and transactional issues. This position will give you exposure to working within HR at a large global organization.What you will learn and contribute toWithin the CPO Care organization youwill manage the corresponding inqueries of the human resources policies, procedures and programs and carry out responsibilities in the following areas:

• Providing professional services and acting as an expert of global CPO processes, policies, practices and tools ensuring that their application is in line with the local legislation
• Supporting and advising on performance management and improvement processes
• Advising employees and line managers on the different HR tools and processes
• Global Compensation and benefits support and advising
• Employee services and counseling
• Daily support in HR and employee life cycle matters
• Performing various transactional activities in HR tools
• Administrative project support: data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management
• Participating in regional projects within CPO organization
• Customer relations
• Company employee communication

Your skills and experienceYou have:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development, etc
• Experience in HR related work (HR Administration, Payroll, HR Consulting) at least 2 years;
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written;
• Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management supporter;
• Oral and written fluency in English is a must;
• You enjoy working as part of a team and have an innate ability to manage and prioritize competing demands;
• You are accurate, have a service-minded attitude and the ability to work independently;
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely is essential;
• You have goodcomputer/MS officeskills(incl. Excel) and feel comfortable working with differenttools

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience Implementation of global and local rollouts for relevant expertise area.
