Employee Duties & Responsibilities1) Tends machine that winds seals layers of paper tape around form to make cores for transformer coils.2) Mounts rolls of glued paper tape in core machine holders.3) Fills glue moistener reservoir.4) Turns setscrew adjusts machine at specified angle for spiral winding.5) Mounts core form on chuck of machine wraps end of tape around form.6) Starts machine that spirally winds and seals layers of paper tape around form cuts tape when required length is reached.7) Removes completed cores from machine to stock bins.
