With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).What you will learn and contribute toThe 5G Network Performance Optimization expert will be required lead over Radio Frequency (RF) topics and work independently to perform RF network optimization activities during network rollout and tuning phaseAre you passionate about improve RF performance and solving problems?As part of our team, you will:

  • Troubleshoot and improve KPIs on Radio Optimization of 5G/LTE networks.
  • 5G Optimization covering Sub6 Optimization; DSS Optimization; mmWave Optimization; VONR, NSA, SA
  • Performs RF design and performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan and in project managers guidance
  • Customer problem investigation including root cause analysis and improvement areas
  • Interfaces with customers to provide network design and performance related services, according to the solutions portfolio
  • Analysis of KPIs, neighbor relations, investigation and improvement of network quality problems
  • Implementation of new features and tuning 5G / 4G (LTE) / 3G RAN radio network parameters
  • Radio propagation planning, optimization of coverage footprint and service
Your skills and experienceKey must-haves:
  • Excellent experience in RF Planning & Optimization for 5G/LTE / UMTS / GSM such as knowledge of KPIs and generating KPIs reports
  • Expertise with RF Optimization tools, Drive Test measurement tools (ex. TEMS) and post-processing tools (ex. Actix)
  • End-user / customer problem investigation and root cause analysis
Equally important, you are:
  • Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Team player, good communication skills and ability to work in international team
  • Self-driven and spirit of initiative
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Programming skills in R, Python, SQL, C++ is essential
  • Querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc
