This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It target leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN.NPO Stream at GSD is a team of NPO engineers, specialists & experts. NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and / or managing the planning of communications networks for customers. Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance and optimisation. Covers the execution of end-to-end design- and PLO related activities for deployment projects.As a Network Planning and Optimization Specialist your main responsibilities will be:

• KPI monitoring at project level and highlighting degradation in network performance.
• Analyzing the KPI / counters and performance statistics to identify issues (RCA), solve complex problems post vendor swap or new site integration.
• Detailed acceptance report preparation for Site & cluster acceptance, and report presentation directly to MS team
• Covering tasks such as performance audits, quality and capacity optimization, parameter fine tunning for better network performance, network feature testing and introduction in the network, network statistics analysis, troubleshooting and performance capacity management in a swap scenario
• Analyzing the drive less tuning logs/MDT logs to correlate with OSS KPIs & analyzing performance degradation.
• Able to Independently analyze and propose traffic & load balancing on multiple layer network in 2G/LTE for Radio KPI improvements

Your skills and experienceKey must-haves

• Good understanding and working experience in 4G/2G Radio optimization, preferably Nokia System.
• experience in NPO or any relevant telecommunication domain preferably for 4+ years
• Hands on knowledge of detailed parameter audit on Nokia system. (Knowledge about various MO classes, parameters on both Nokia & Ericsson system to efficiently work on pre/post Network dumps.)
• Expertise in traffic & load balancing on multiple layer network in 2G/LTE for Radio KPI improvements.
• Expertise on Nokia tools like Netact

Nice to Have

• Hands on Nokia swap experience and Ericsson parameter and feature knowledge
• Knowledge on Nokia tools such as MUSA, RADAR Geosynthesis
• Good Communication skill and Solid analytical skills
• Good presentation skill and customer handling skills
• Minimum: Bachelor?s degree (Electrical / Telecommunication) or corresponding experience
• 5G SA/NSA Hands on optimisation experience
