Merchandiser Urgently required for a Reputed Home Appliances Showroom in Oman.Salary : 200-250 OMR+ Accommodation+MedicalEducation : Any Relevant QualificationExperience: Minimum 4+ Years is compulsory in consumer products, Electronics.Roles & Responsibilities:Achievement of Sales Targets: Achieving Month wise sales target set by the AccountManagers.Product Display: To ensure proper display of products are done at respective outlets and maximum utilization of Shelf Space.POS Utilization: Ensure all the POS materials provided are understood and effectively used to communicate the product features to the customers.Stock Management: Ensure all the listed product stocks are available in the outlet and prepare the LPO in consultation with Section In-charge and Account ManagersCompetition Information: Provide up to date information on competitor?s product, Pricing,Offers to the Account Managers.Product Knowledge: Ensure to attend regular product briefing and training provided by the Product Manager.Relationship Management: Building strong and effective relationship with the end customers and convert that into referral sales.Implementation: Implementation of regular promotional activities / POS in the respective countersMarket feedback: Submit complete post launch/promotion feedback. Monitor competition activities and actively report market changes on regular basis.Sales Report: Submission of sales report to the Account ManagerPerform related duties assigned by superiors.Quality Management System: To follow the processes documented in thedepartmental manual and as directed by Superior. Keep all records pertaining to QMS.Occupational Health & Safety Management System: To follow basicOccupational Health & Safety at work. Work in a safe and competent manner.
