Employment: Full Time Master Tailor up to 2K USD for an E-Commerce (Fashion) Company in Muscat, OmanAssists with customers to determine types of material and garment styles desiredAssembles garment parts and join parts with basting stitches, using needles and thread or sewing machinesDevelops designs for garments, and design patterns to fit measurements, applying knowledge of garment design, construction, styling, and fabricRepairs or replaces defective garment parts such as pockets, zippers, snaps, buttons, and liningsEstimates how much a garment will cost to make, based on factors such as time and material requirementsSew garments, using needles and thread or sewing machinesMeasures parts such as sleeves or pant legs, and mark or pin-fold alteration linesMaintains garment drape and proportions as alterations are performed REQUIREMENTS: High school Diploma or any related course/certificationMinimum of 5 years experience in pattern making for womens wear with experience in high-street fashionExcellent communication and able to speak English fluentlyProven skills on pattern development drafting, cutting and drapingProfound knowledge of fabrics as well as clothing designKnowledgeable in using and operating a sewing machine
