Location: Oman (Interview in Hungary)Position Type: Full-timeLead HSSE activities to ensure safety, security, and environmental compliance across all operations.Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE policies and procedures.Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and safety training sessions.Promote a safety culture among staff and subcontractors.Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with local/international HSSE standards.Prepare HSSE reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Candidate Requirements: Minimum 10+ years in HSSE roles within Refinery, Power Plant, or Petrochemical sectors.Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001, etc.Extensive knowledge of HSSE laws, standards, and best practices.Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.Proven experience in safety management and incident investigations.
