Key Responsibilities: Lead maintenance planning and execution for critical equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues.Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.Coordinate with operations and engineering teams.Review and optimize maintenance procedures and workflows.Manage maintenance documentation and reporting.Requirements: 10+ years of experience in maintenance engineering within Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical industries.Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability engineering, and safety standards.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.Proven leadership skills and experience managing maintenance teams.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
