Accountable for Reliability & Performance in accordance with Regional and Geomarket Business Plans and Company objectives.As a Lead Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for: Performing work in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies and procedures. Leading regular Incident Review Board meetings. Having corrective action identification as well as follow up on implementation for Maintenance and Operations specific problems. Being Responsible to drive job & tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention. Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion. Ensuring Maintenance & Operations are informed and are taking action appropriately.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have 5+ years experience in Application Engineering, Technical Support, FSE, Maintenance or Reliability Engineering function Have formal qualification in an Engineering discipline (preferred electro-mechanical, electronic or mechanical discipline) with Bachelors or Master?s degree Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industryWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
