and QualificationsII. POSITION SUMMARYThe position is responsible to support the day to dayChemicals Laboratories ac_vi_es by par_cipa_ng from theproject hazard reviews to the project execu_on. A successfulcandidate will have chemical laboratoryexperience. Working under the general guidance of theSenior Supverisor, du_es will include: assis_ng with theprovision of the lab chemicals and materials; maintaining achemical and materials inventory; gas cylinders changeout,providing day to day support for lab equipment; ensuringequipment are ready for use; assis_ng in the disposal ofwaste chemicals, and implementa_on of laboratory Healthand Safety procedures.III,NATURE AND SCOPEIV. DIMENSIONS:V. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESThis position is accountable for the following end results:

  1. Assist with day to day lab workflows
  2. Maintain an opera_onal lab Equipment? maintain,repair and assist all lab equipment and ensure lab spares and consumables are adequately stocked
  3. Assist with shipment of packages, verify and maintain packing slips corresponding to orders
  4. Responsible for organiza_on of all the lab tools
  5. Enjoys hands-on work with laboratory equipment and materials
  6. Adheres to safe lab opera_ng prac_ces working in a complex lab environment
