- Junior Store Operations Specialist (JUN000287)Junior Store Operations Specialist (Job Number:JUN000287 )DescriptionRole Purpose The Junior Store Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting the entire Shop operational tasks and duties as delegated and assigned by the Store Operations Manager with focus on the cash processes and sales floor operations. He/ She is accountable for allocating cash, supervising customers? payment transactions and coordinating the transfer money, electronic cards and invoices. Key Responsibilites * Oversee alongside the cashier team the execution and handling for alteration, laundry and reservation, ?lling related logs where applicable etc.* Supervise and support the execution of all product movement IN and OUT of the store and highlight to the store operations manager or his/her equivalent any challenges in transaction to ensure system stock integrity* Assist the store operations manager or his/her equivalent in conducting the cycle count as per the agreed schedule with regional operation team* Consolidate, validate and submit sales reports, cash money, bank slips, discount, exchange, refund, receipt and vouchers. of all cash tills at the end of the day in compliance with company policies and security standards ensuring all cash discrepancies are logged* Manage and maintain all stock room & cash desk standards as communicated by regional operations team and/or partners, and assist the store operations manager or his/her equivalent to do the proper recount prior to placing consumable orders for expense control* Execute and supervise perfectly the team during the shipment receiving, and advise to the store operations manager or his/her equivalent on challenges and ways to improve processes for better effciency* Support the stock team to process the replenishment of the store on hourly basis, and manage in the most e?cient way, the shop ?oor returns following commercial activities* Create and maintain all operational forms/tools and assets in the store as per the agreed templates shared from regional operation and liaise with the store operations manager or his/her equivalent for proper controlQualifications* Bachelors Degree* 1- 2 years of experience in Retail Industry* Pro?ciency in MS Office and Shop/ Stock Management tools* Fluency in English * Communication Skills 2* Teamwork 2* Commercial Understanding 2* Attention to details 1* Planning and Organizing 1* Customer Focus 2* Initiative 2Organization: ZaraPrimary Location: Oman-Mall Of OmanSchedule: Full-timeUnposting Date: Ongoing
