IT Infrastructure LeadFull time | SOHAR Port and Freezone | Sultanate of Oman Posted On 02/08/2022 Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Team Leadership: ? Lead IT infrastructure team members by supervising day to day operations of IT Networks, Servers, Security, and support operations. ? Lead the identification and planning of IT infrastructure projects & supervising the implementation. ? Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT Infrastructure related daily tasks and projects. ? Lead and monitor IT Infrastructure team projects to ensure the achievement of business objectives. ? Manage assigned IT Infrastructure projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project. ? Establish standards? configurations for IT Infrastructure components taking into consideration access rights and system configurations. ? Responsible for managing and monitoring IT Infrastructure access permissions to ensure segregation of duties. ? Responsible to ensure IT infrastructure team is maintaining, communicating, and implementing IT security policy according security management framework. ? Ensure secure IT Infrastructure components by maintaining latest systems update and immediately patching any new vulnerability. ? Closely interact with external vendors for specific infrastructure requirements to understand the functionality and recommend the same in line with business requirements. Ensuring contracts are in place to support the critical services provided by IT infrastructure team ?RequirementsMinimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Networking or related specialization. ? Professional certification in Network administrationEngineering is highly preferable. E.g. CCNA, CCNP. ? Professional certification in Windows Server Technologies is highly preferable. E.g. MCSA, MSCE. ? Minimum three years practical experience in leading IT infrastructure operations. ? Minimum six years practical experience in configuration, administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure components: Networks, Servers, Storage & Security. ? Must possess practical experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft on-premise and cloud technologies. ? Possesses good experience and knowledge in Network Security best practices. ? Possesses practical experience in physical access control systems, CCTV and VoIP solutions. ?
