Job Requires:– Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.– Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.– Repair, maintain and provide technical attention to all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems of the hotel freezer, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, chillers and etc.– Maintain preventively all air conditioning and refrigeration system within the hotel.– Check on performance of refrigeration systems and components.– Check on performance of air conditioning and chilled water system.– Cooperate with all engineering colleagues in detention of failures of air condition, refrigeration system and function system.– Cooperate and inform Engineering Storekeeper on purchase of parts.– Immediate action to the problem in terms of repairs and breakdowns.– Ensure that property and equipment are maintained in safe and efficient operating condition.– Report significant system issues to supervisors and recommend improvements.– Keep tools and equipment organized and in good condition.– Strong understanding of electrical controls, compressors, motors, and ductwork.– Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.– Good communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.– Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.– Carry out the tasks assigned by the Department Head/Supervisor
