HSE AdvisorJob Location : OmanJob Details :?A minimum of a Degree in HSE, Science, Engineering or equivalent?A minimum of 8 years experience in HSE advisory role, preferably in an Oil & Gas industry, including at least 3 years in Well Engineering.?Proven experience as an HSE Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in a high-risk industry.?Preferably with a NEBOSH (National Educational Board of Occupational Safety & Health) IGC or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent HSE qualifications.?Good knowledge of spoken and written English. Good communicator, motivator and organiser. Fully computer literatexPrincipal Accountabilities?Provide support and guidance on health matters to Cos employees and contractors. Liaise and coordinate with site medics to ensure compliance with standards related to fitness to work and Support site medics in Verifying certification of clinics, medics, and ambulances.?Participate in investigation of incidents related to NAD and occupational illness and Coordinate with industrial hygienist and conduct work-place health hazard monitoring.?Review the effectiveness and preparedness for medical emergency response?Pre-inspect of team building events venues & carry out risk assessment for team building activities / events?Participate, facilitate and support reporting, investigating of incidents and facilitate local Incident Review Committee.?Cascade the learning from incidents to relevant parties and facilitate the area incident actions tracking close out.?Support validity of Emergency Response (ER) training and support drills and emergency exercises (Planning, Preparation, Participation, etc
