Organize and participate in site HSE meetings & Tool Box Talks.Support in staff training & Implementation on Behaviour Based System (Ihtimam)Re-iterate staff regularly on 12 lifesaving rules, golden rules and house rules.Support in effective implementation of the HSSE plan.Support HSE Manager in implementation of the HSE monitoring plan.Should pro-actively identify the hazards, evaluate their risks and propose measure to bring risk level to ALARP by proposing controls as per risk control hierarchy. Update HEMP as and when required.Support in audits, inspections and incident investigation. Carrying out surveys and inspections on a regular basis in association with supervisors to ensure that safe working practices are in operation.Work towards prevention of injury to personnel and damage to plant and equipmentIdentify potential hazards and place controls before work commences and as work progressesCompilation of HSE statistics and preparation of Contract Specific HSE ReportsAttend Contractors Monthly Safety Meetings conducted by clients. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:Diploma in Chemical engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Petroleum Engineering, HSE qualification or equivalent.Experience:A minimum of 2 years working experience as HSE advisor in well-established organization
