This hotel features 213 deluxe rooms and suites overlooking the scenic coastline, a fully equipped fitness center with kid?s andAs our Hotel Manager, you will be working hand in hand with our Area General Manager, supporting and driving the Business Plan, People Plan & working to enhance the guest journey. This role is key to the success of our Hotel and is an integral part of the Executive team.Essentials for the role:A true leader.Experience in Rooms, Food & BeverageKnowledge of Engineering as the hotel has many upcoming/ongoing projectsThe ability to drive and implement the management strategy in conjunction with the Area General Manager.A talent for surprising & delighting not only our guests but the team as well.Commercially astute and financially savvy.Lead and develop our HODs to manage the ongoing profitability of each department, ensuring revenue and guest fulfillment targets are set, met, and exceeded.At least 2 years experience in the role of Operations Manager / EAM.Key attributes that we expect in our leader:An exceptional communicator.Committed to the success of the hotel and the team, ensuring follow through to the end.A strong leader who delights in their team?s success and ensures their acclaim.Attention to detail is an innate quality.Love what you do and who you work with.
