Employment: Full Time The Hospital Director will lead and direct the hospital teams to promote and streamline the understanding, communication and the integration of the organizations vision, mission, strategies, values and culture. The Hospital Director will lead the organizational change by developing, implementing and monitoring efficient processes to ensure the integration of strategic direction and operational goals and most importantly have overall accountability for the success of operations of hospitals, clinics and functions. REQUIREMENTS: 15-20 years plus experience in similar positions.
