Job Description

Who We AreA leading local distributor in Oman of a range of specialised international brands. We have multiple branches across the Sultanate through which we serve our diverse clientele across the construction, manufacturing, logistics, and oil & gas sectors, among others.Job PurposeTo assist the growth of the company?s market share in their respective division through techno-commercial customer relationship management and product line promotion within the directions and guidance of the Department/ Division Managers.What We Expect You To Do

  • Exhibit positive, friendly & helpful attitude with customers, be sensitive to their needs, contribute to resolving customer complaints, and take up action on their suggestions.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits and call both technical and commercial points of contact to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and strive for customer satisfaction.
  • Actively develop opportunities with existing client base, and look for potential new customers.
  • Follow up on leads and quotes provided by Indoor Sales and line manager.
  • Capture customer requirements and transfer them to Indoor Sales.
  • Conduct market customer and competitor research, and prepare a sales opportunity report.
  • Liaise with other team members and suppliers concerning potential leads and methods to develop them into actual sales.
  • Maintain record of sales leads and customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with Credit Collectors to ensure lack of overdue for credit customers.
  • Look-out for improvement opportunities and suggest them to the Division and Department Managers.
  • Be ready to get-hands on with both in-house and client technicians, assist when and where necessary.
