Requirement: Valid 4 Wheeler licence and Car or ready to take a rented car ,must needed.*Field Marketing Executive - *In daily routine you’ve to visit the clients from hospitals, clinics.And you’ve to explain about our lab features, price rate and have to convert the clients …you’ve to bring new business.* Manage & direct B2B sales of AVMLabs products and service* Send daily BOD & EOD reports* Handle Client Onboarding procedure as per the Client Onboarding policy and liase with lab to get the client activated in the system* Create special & customized packages for clients and liase with lab to get them created in the system* Maintain and develop good relationship with current customers & prospect customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc* Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and liase with lab to get them resolved.* Introduce new products to the clients and keep updating the clients regularly* Creating and executing campaigns for the clients* Timely collection of outstanding payments* Updating the MIS on the daily basis.* Quarterly reconciliation/balance confirmation from Clients* Biannual reconciliation of Client contracts* Confirmation of monthly invoicing /Credit Notes with Clients* Prepare & update Contracts and Credit Forms with all clients integrity, honesty.* Prepare weekly Sales update, MRM and Sales plan* Updating Master sheet monthly* Know your competitors (Rates/special discounts/activities)* Conduct RCA for client complaints/concerns to identify the issue and take corrective actions.
