Conduct all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars, ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon, Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Forecasting and scheduling to maximize effective and efficient use of people and resources
  • Leading, developing and providing a project resources team to execute strategies for the management of customer projects
  • Building successful long term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth
  • Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelors degree in engineering of science (electrical or mechanical engineering degree is preferred).
  • Have a Minimum 10 YRS? experience in Artificial lift system - Electric submersible pumping system and 2 YRS Experience in engineering and technical support
  • Have experience in leading team as a service delivery coordinator or equivalent title.
  • Have experience in leading team as a service delivery coordinator or equivalent title.
  • Have demonstrated knowledge of ESP equipment, surface equipment and motor controller including variable speed drives.
  • Have the ability to coach and mentor the team, transfer the knowledge and improve the team skills and service delivery.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, High proven communication skills in Arabic, English (Ielts band 7 or any equivalent certificate).
