SUMMARY1. PURPOSEEstimate, Design and Execution of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage switchgear projects.2. KEY RESULTS AND ACTIVITIES: -RESULT (a)1. On time submission of offer.2. on time submission of drawing.3. On time release of work order and drawing to cross functional team after approval monitored through dashboard.RESULT (b)1. Estimation accuracy by Supply chain team.2. Work order and design accuracy by cross functional team monitored through dashboard.RESULT (c)Based on cross functional team feedback.JOB KNOWLEDGE- To Estimate and Design the Low Voltage & Medium Voltage products in accordance with the customer?s specifications, IEC Standards, regulations, safety requirements and good engineering practices.- Shall be able to select MV & LV Components as per SLD, Data Sheet & Specification majorly (VCB, VC, ACB, MCCB, VFD, Soft starter & protection Relays etc.,)- Shall be able to prepare SLD, G.A, three line diagram, control schematic drawing, VT & CT connection diagram, equipment specification, BOQ, wiring diagram, technical data sheet and compliance statement for both L.V and MV Switchgear.- Shall be able to prepare full submittal along with offer including project acknowledgment letter, Company Profile, complete technical drawing, Inspection & test plan (ITP) technical data sheet & catalogues, Project Schedule, material supplier list, scope of Supply and technical Compliance.- Estimation & Engineering of Control & Relay/Protection panels.PRODUCT AND PROCESS KNOWLEDGE- Comprehensive knowledge of Low voltage and Medium Voltage Electrical Product & Components (ABB, , Eaton & Schneider Electric)- Well knowledge of L.V/M.V CT sizing calculation & selection of metering & protection relays (ABB, , SEL, and GE).- Shall be able to negotiate with Principles & Vendors to provide optimized cost to Sales team.- Shall have good knowledge of Sheet Metal Costing & labor Costing.COMMITMENT OF WORK- Owns the job and give the productivity and ensure all routine jobs are effectively done irrespective of the hurdles and meet the commitment.3. KEY RELATIONSHIPS: -INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS(Who: Reason and Nature of engagement)a. Sales: Provide technical Support during bidding stage & post order stage (technical support to get variation claim)b. Supply Chain: Technical evaluation and deviation approval on the alternate item received during project execution.; Providing Estimated price during pre-bidding stage for tenders and post order stage for projects.c. Production & Quality: Supports during project execution stage.EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERSd. Contractor/ Consultant/ End Client: Attending technical meeting with Contactor/ Consultant/ Clients during pre-order and post order stage along with sales tam.4. KEY COMPETENCIES: -AWARENESSAwareness of ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & ISO 18001KNOWLEDGE1. Knowledgeable in OES Standard, Oman PDO, OXY, OGC, and ORPIC Standard.2. Knowledge of Co- ordination/Discrimination Study using ETAP or any similar Software.3. Working Knowledge on solar projects.SKILLSProficiency in using software including DOC (ABB), Simaris ().MASTERYMastery in AutoCAD & Elecdes software.5. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: -Graduate in Mechatronics or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.6.
