This will enable them to maximize leverage and obtain better purchase prices and product costs, starting in the very early development/architecture phase and along the entire life of the items in scope.Should costing is a strategic lever for the sourcing organization.What you will learn and contribute toFor this position, we are looking for a profile that has knowhow and expertise on electronic related components & systems which are required for the success of Mobile Network products and solutions, such as semiconductor components (e.g IC?s, SoC, RF components, discrete), optical components, antenna systems, etc.Main Contribution: As a Should Cost Manager you are part of a small core team of Should Costing Experts in Mobile Network Strategic Sourcing. You will be responsible for a portfolio of categories and managing programs related to cost analysis for negotiations. You will have significant contribution to greater transversal improvement projects/programs, with the later always related to the cost management, negotiations and supplier price improvement programs.You will be responsible for the autonomous scoping, planning and leading through successful execution of the programs assigned to you. You will be accountable for program management, success, reporting and risk & deviation management.You will play different roles as team player, contributor, lead or guide in accordance to the project size, composition and business needs.Your skills and experienceEducation: - An electronics engineering graduate (bachelor or masters)Experience: Experience and/or exposure in sourcing, suppliers, component supply marketActivities under the responsibility of the Should Cost Manager
