Evolves Procurement and Advanced Procurement processes, exploratory and continuous improvements; drives critical business priorities to meet and exceed deadlines through detailed project tracking and improvement structured programs and metrics resulting in delivering concrete results.Job Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Hands-on knowledge of Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes with the experience and aptitude to identify and drive digitalization opportunities that improve operating practices, increase business productivity and lower costs
  • Applied data management experience in the areas of Substances of Very High Concern, Sustainability and related technical component and supplier aspects
  • Responsible for streamlining processes through advanced digitalization data gathering and data validation techniques to mitigate current and future supply risks
  • Responsible in staying up to data on the latest substance and conflict-free requirements, ensuring supply chain compliancy to policies, regulations, and industry standards
  • Creates business process documentation, communicates, trains, and performs User Acceptance Testing of Procurement/SC data systems, tools, and applications.
  • Engages third parties and participates in cross Business Group collaboration programs to jointly drive the implementation and improvement of sustainability, substance management and other related supply chain and procurement de-risking endeavors
  • Addresses daily data system and process operational issues, creates measurements/KPI?s that supports proof of compliancy (ISO 14k/45k/27k, etc.)
  • Works to create homogenous user-friendly sustainability processes and applications that proactively guides designers in component and supplier selection
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication with five plus years of Materials/Components/Procurement/Supply Chain related substance, data, process, and tool related operational business knowledge
  • Experience or high familiarity with industry standards related to such areas as SVHC, CMRT, REACH, RoHS, SCIP, IPC1752
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools
  • Operational understanding of SAP Procurement modules such as Ariba SC Collaboration and Material Master record
  • Completion of a Bachelor level degree program in Environmental/Sciences Engineering/Computer or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience
