Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project cost estimates, budgets, and control proceduresTrack and analyze project expenditures and variancesPrepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial analysis for managementAssist in change management and scope control to prevent cost overrunsCoordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure cost efficiencyConduct regular cost performance reviews and auditsLiaise with project stakeholders to ensure financial complianceQualifications:B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Production Engineering10–20 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Offshore/Refinery EPC projectsHands-on experience at module fabrication yards for projects with Aramco, ADNOC, Qatar Energy, or Qatar GasStrong knowledge of cost control tools and software (e.g., SAP, Primavera Cost Manager)Excellent analytical and reporting skills
