Monitoring of Advance reorder proposal in AMOS and ensure procurement action is taken in a timely mannerEnsure Rotables and tools are procured and repaired in a timely mannerMonitor and ensure pool contracts are managed correctly , orders are raised in a timely manner to meet contractual requirements.Monitor costs associated with parts purchasing to ensure costs are reduced where possibleEnsure freight costs are monitored and efficient channels for parts movement are used.Work closely with Material planning and other Engg departments to understand material needs provide suggestions on costs and ensure parts are procured in a timely mannerRead and understand the EPM sections relevant to Technical Procurement and Warehousing activitiesBe able to and willing to work in shifts -extended hours as part of AOG desk or due to work requirements.
