The Contract Manager shall be fully responsible for the Technical, Commercial and HSE aspects of the Contract.The Contract Manager shall be fully qualified academically and by previous experience be able to professionally manage all the Contractors service organization and operations in all the four categories of work scope of this contract and to liaise fully with the Contract Holder.The Contract Manager shall have good overall knowledge of all aspects of Laboratory analytical services, specialized chemistry studies, laboratory Chemicals & consumables, laboratory equipment, laboratory equipments maintenance services, laboratory equipment calibration & high-pressure sampling systems with associated maintenance services. REQUIREMENTS: Qualification of BSc in Chemical Engineer/ Laboratory Management/ Chemistry/ Physics/Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years experience in the oilfield industry and supply chain of oil & gas industry of which a minimum of 3 years in Production Chemistry Laboratories Services & Supplies.Fluent in written and spoken English.Be located in the Companys office in Muscat.Be the central focal point for all communication with Companys operational and technical personnel in Muscat.Responsible for the delivery of contract scope, KPI performance reporting, and driving value improvement initiatives.Interface with the Contractors technical support team ensuring Laboratory Services and Supplies are in line with contract terms and specifications.Should be prepared to visit the interior locations as and when required by the Company at no additional cost to the Company.
