The academic position will also be evaluated by the college and university employment committees, in accordance with the promotion regulations at Sultan Qaboos University.- Holds a PHD is in educational administration or its relevant fields, and the degree should have been awarded by universities of equal ranking to SQU or higher.- The PHD degree is officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in Oman.- The candidates study of his degrees should be as full time.- Preferably all academic degrees should be in the same specialization (Master, and Ph.D.)- Has sufficient published articles in peer-reviewed international journals and international conferences in the field (in English).- Has experience in supervising masters and doctoral students.- Has considerable experience in teaching university courses in the specialization- Proficient ability in English (speaking and writing), with the following conditions: 6.5 in IELTS or its equivalent TOEFL.- Has leadership skills that enable him/her to contribute to the departments development. - To be of good conduct.For more details refer to the Arabic version BenefitsRefer to the Arabic version
