  • Local lab testing with NPI (New product Introduction)
  • Feature testing
  • On site Optimization
  • Trouble shooting and integration of the lab components
Your skills and experienceSelected candidate will act as customer?s interface for Care service delivery and supportin Radio Access technologies. Work with large and / or complex projects or troubleshooting cases. Scope is often solution/system level.RA Customer Engineer is a part of global team located inGermany.You have:
  • Technical support for all Nokia Radio Access products (BSC, RNC, BTS, NodeB, e-NodeB, OMS, 5G BTS)
  • Verification, integration and acceptance testingcomprises the integration of SW and / or HW or system components into system, platform, product releases, or networks and verifies the integrated entity or network against particular requirements and specifications.
  • Case handling
  • Executing software updates, upgrades and hardware extensions
  • Executing new feature implementations in lab and live environments
  • Provide first level advanced technical support for queries (customer & internal), according to customer contract and internal support model
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Experience in IP technologies
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player with positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
