Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Camp Boss to manage the day-to-day operations of our camp facilities.The Camp Boss will be responsible for overseeing all camp-related activities, ensuring the welfare of all personnel, managing camp staff, and maintaining the overall quality of the camp environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Camp Management: Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring all services are running smoothly (accommodation, catering, housekeeping, etc.).Staff Supervision: Manage camp staff, including chefs, housekeepers, security, and maintenance teams, ensuring they follow all operational guidelines and health & safety regulations.Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate transportation, procurement of supplies, and delivery of services to ensure the camp runs efficiently.Health & Safety: Ensure the camp adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
