Tens of thousands of Call Center Agents as well as tens of millions of subscribers use this software. We make it easy for these companies to integrate their backend systems into troubleshooting and diagnostic modules that we expose through self-service, agent consoles, and APIs.What you will learn and contribute toThe AWS Cloud Architect is a critical role for our team. As part of our team, you will:

  • Work within an Agile R&D team to automate CI/CD of software deliveries
  • Act as technical leader for DevOps within the team, guiding the implementation of Nokia?s DevOps blueprint
  • Define, implement, and maintain automated pipelines for software delivery as SaaS
  • Provide support to Nokia?s hosted solutions team for SaaS delivery to Nokia?s customers
  • Collaborate with other teams (Support, Customer Projects) to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
Your skills and experienceYou have:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a software related discipline.
  • Extensive software development experience writing code from the database up to the web tier, with an understanding of web deployment architecture (DB/Web Server/Clustering/Networking) and hands-on experience with Python, shell scripting, and Java
  • SaaS and DevOps experience: Automation, DevOps pipelines, Monitoring (e.g. AWS cloudwatch), logging, telemetry
  • Experience with one or more cloud services: AWS, Microsoft Azure, OpenStack, GCP, hybrid cloud
  • Experience with cloud technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, cloud storage
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Working knowledge of networking technologies is a plus: virtual networks, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, SSL certificate management
  • General experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS), databases (MariaDB, Oracle DB), and web services and APIs
  • Experience in software security and cloud security best practices and security vulnerability analysis
