Job Description

Job Purpose This position is responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of Filling Lines,Processing equipment. Which includes maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair ofall automation and Instrumentation system for the processing plant Theresponsibilities include maintenance & troubleshooting of PLC & AllenBradley..etc and all kind of Instruments in processing equipment includingPasteurizers, UHT, Cheese, Ice Cream, Fillers, Packers and Robots.Salary & Benefits350 to 400 OMR +Free Food, AccommodationYearly ticket30 Days annual leaveOther facility will be as per work requirement and grade Ensure that prompt, uninterrupted, and effective support is provided to themanufacturing team. Demonstrate and execute progressive maintenance, support toautomation/electrical and mechanical maintenance. Focused improvement and total productive maintenance culture in the entire plantto achieve targeted equipment efficiency. Ensure technical operations, standards and controls are maintained at highquality. Ensure that PM is effectively implemented. Actively participate in AM and PM activities on all the lines of the business andensure that the abnormalities are identified and fixed. Diagnosing the issue and making the corresponding repairs to addressmalfunctioning machines. Repair and perform preventive maintenance on machines as per establishedstandards to avoid machine downtime. Troubleshoot electrical and automation controls for machines. Keep Meticulous Records of Machine Service History Calibration of all process variables instruments. Ensure to handle shift duties independently.Reporting Automation EngineerQualification & Skills Technical Diploma certification in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation Minimum 5-year experience as an Automation Technician in a dairy plant, GCCexperience preferred. Knowledge of industry safety practices Experience of Servo motors, servo drives, Encoders, Load Cell, Soft Starters andVFD’s. Proven Experience minimum 5 years in Tetra Pak processing equipment likeHomogenizers, Separators, PHEs, Pumps, Valve station, mixers. Proven experience in Dairy Fillers and packaging equipment like Index, Novapac,SIG combi bloc, Mariani, packers and palletizers, conveyors, Pumps and Valvestation. Maintenance and calibration experience of 4-20 mA Hart transmitter processequipment’s. Know the Electrical drawings, I/O checking & fault finding through PLC software inprocessing and filling machines. Hands on experience of debugging the fault in communication network, SCADA,and process instruments. Experience of maintenance and troubleshooting of control circuits. Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills in process and Automation. Attention to Detail, Manual Dexterity, Physical Strength, Physical Stamina, SpatialSkills, Technical Skills Must be alert, a self- motivator, and attention to detail. Integrity, discretion, and loyalty
