>Minimum10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Fertilizer industry in maintenance department.Technical Skills:>Expert in analyzer applications and troubleshooting, including associated sampling systems and auxiliary analyzer house equipmentoperations (equipment specification, operational and maintenance requirements, reliability, and safety in design)>Expert in troubleshooting and repairing all analyzers within HC/OC which include GCs, ABB (IRs), Multi FID, NDIR, Thermox (Flue Gas Analyzer), Teledyne (IR), and Analytical Specialties Inc. (TDL).>Expert in performing routine checks, calibration and troubleshooting of wide variety of analyzers in petrochemical plants such as H2S,O2, HC,TOC analyzers, gas chromatograph, PH meters, conductivity analyzers.>Experience and knowledge of formal programs for monitoring, trending and validation of analyzer performance in conjunction and monitoring/reliability programs.>Support development and improvements in site procedures, practices and standards, including e.g. review of maintenance procedures/practices and remain abreast of industry standards developments (e.g., ASTM, ISA, ISO)>Provide Root Cause Failure Analysis expertise and support as needed for equipment failures.
