- Works in Line-Base as per operational requirement. On aircrafts or aircraft components.- Prepare aircraft interior surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding filling and treating metal surfaces with Alodine.- Masks the aircraft using tape and paper products (to protect windows, seats, carpet, cables, etc.) in preparation for the paint process.- Mixes, blends and thins paint products, per the manufacturers - maintenance approved Data.- Professional color matching as per paint pattern.- Applies paint in to the aircraft interior and exterior surfaces. (Paint include: urethanes acrylic urethanes, enamels, lacquers and epoxy paint).- Interprets specification, color sketches, instruction, plans sequences, and the time paint operation. This includes mixing ratios, surface preparation, papering and masking- Set up aircraft interior paint-vinyl section.- Maintains painting supplies and equipment, including spray guns, air hoses, pumps, paper and tape.- Observes all safety, environmental general housekeeping rules and policies.- Read and understands aircraft manuals and engineering orders. REQUIREMENTS: - Two-year college Diploma in a related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience preferably in aircraft and aircrafts components painting.- Or Specialised certificate in the related discipline with Secondary school certificate with 06 years of relevant experience
