Job Purpose:Achieve sales targets, finding new customer, new projects and follow up with existing customers. Prepare sales proposals and coordinate negotiations successfully.Job Duties and Responsbilites:? Develop relationships with new and existing customers and compile information to maximize sales closing.? Make daily reports on sales and achieve monthly sales targets as agreed with Sales Section Head.? Maintain a complete file for each customer.? Identify research and contact potential customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.? Compile presentations, proposals and sales contracts.? Assess customer needs and suggest the appropriate products and achieve productivity in each call.? Seek out new customers.? Cooperate with other sales teams and departments to push sales activities.? Propose customer problem solving alternatives.? Prepare and follow up letters of guarantee in case of governmental deals.? Cooperate with the after sales department for maintenance and spare parts contracts.? Obtain information and sales data on area surveys.? Handle product delivery in coordination with parties concerned.? Fulfill any additional tasks as per job needs
