Job Description

  • Supervise sub-contractor for industrial projects and provide quality assurance that completed.
  • Prepare scope of work for contractor and CPS (Critical path schedule).
  • Responsible for prepare technical mechanical disciplines (HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing).
  • Review & analyses R.F.Q documents (drawings, specifications, B.O.Q,).
  • Estimate project?s cost and pricing in terms of dry cost, labor cost; ?. etc.
  • Perform quantity take-off and estimate on the various stages of the project.
