1. Identify, prepare, and manage time and cost claims, including variations, delays, disruptions, and additional works.2. Analyze project delays and impacts and support Extension of Time (EOT) claims.3. Formulate and implement the project claim strategy to protect contractual and financial interests.4. Assess claim potential, key risks, and counterclaim exposure, and develop response strategies.5. Prepare and submit notices, EOT claims, and cost claims in accordance with contract requirements (FIDIC).6. Establish and maintain an effective claims record and evidence management system.7. Collect, organize, and substantiate contemporaneous claim evidence with project teams.8. Coordinate closely with planning, QS, legal, and project management teams.9. Prepare claim reports and management summaries for internal review.10. Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations to management or board level.11. Support claim negotiations, dispute avoidance, and claim defense as required.Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.Skills?Bachelor?s degree in Quantity Surveying from an internationally recognized accredited university.?Chartered Quantity Surveyor, qualified by a recognized international professional body (e.g. RICS).?Minimum 15 years? experience in claims engineering on projects of similar nature and scale.?Proven experience in variation claims, EOT claims, claims response, and contract resolution.?Strong practical experience in change management, claims, and dispute resolution.
