Job Description

Schedule shipments and ensure ideal shipping methods and routes- Negotiate transport rates with carriers- ERP and MS office- Coordinate deliveries with customers- Monitor transport cost- Coordinate with production regarding the timelines to ensure dispatching materials at the scheduled time.- Processing online COO and signature verification certificate with Dubai Chambers.- Arranging SOSO,COC for export and cross trade shipments with SGS/Intertek inspection agencies- Coordinate with client servicing / project managers the timelines to ensure both meeting client expectations and transportation efficiency.- Ensure proper packing and labeling.- Negotiating freight rates with local transporters and freight forwarding agents.- Prepare packing lists, delivery notes and other shipping documents.- Arranging clearance approvals from Dubai Municipality for import shipments falling under dangerous goods.
