Job Description

  • Supervise/operate, as appropriate, a professional and efficient Parts Counter.
  • To serve customers in an efficient and expeditious manner in order to achieve customer satisfaction and budgeted sales volumes.
  • Maintain customer information files in order to provide market intelligence.
  • Administers certain designated IODC customer accounts, including back order follow up and PO reconciliation.
  • Trains the Saudi national workforce assigned to him up to the requirements of the job of Counterman.
