Activities: To promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing. To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSEQ rules and requirements.2. To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his activities.3. To ensure that state of the art, TEPA referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements.4. To work by anticipation. To assess and to identify risks for the activities and manage associated mitigation actions at his/her level.5. With the spirit of client values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the projects.6. To promote digitalization and innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs (3C initiatives) without impairing QHSE objectives.7. To keep divisional Manager and all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the Project Managers on HSEQ related actions/decisions.8. To assist the Senior HSE Assistant in the implementation of TEPA HSE policy, with its associated referential (rules, instructions and procedures, specifications, etc) on the Girassol and Dalia FPSOs, for the LIFEX activities, but not exclusively9. To perform Risk Management in Operations, especially risk prevention10. To participate in Work Permit process respectively on: risk analysis, validation, implementation of mitigations and toolbox talk; for all LIFEX related activities, but not exclusively.11. To inspect and accept scaffolding, inspect the installations, perform the necessary safety audits and ensure the implementation of waste management plan12. To be active member of the Emergency Response intervention and firefighting, if required so13. To deliver safety induction to new arrivals14.
