VAC00258-Director - MobileConsumer MarketingplaceMuscat, OmanShort description.Core ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible of the following: End to end responsibility for developing the Mobile strategy, from: * Opportunity review and analysis * Alignment with key stakeholders * Achieving management buy in to the strategy * Implementation of the agreed strategy - Manage the Development of campaigns/initiatives including clear objectives, business requirements, segmented offers, business cases, execution plans and identification of critical success factors in order to drive up loyalty and retention within the B2B sector - Manage the proactive and reactive anti churn activities and the liaise with team responsible for Ooredoo B2B marketing campaigns for their communication. - Plan and undertake pre-campaign analytics and identify appropriate customer segments for targeting with each campaign - Coordinate the development and delivery of campaigns including requirements specifications, campaign approvals, planning and executing of UA including product testing (soft launch) - Work with the Marketing, Sales & Technology units to identify prospective B2B segment proposition (e.g. products, services and customer experience elements) demands across the business, to undertake full feasibility studies in order to define and communicate methodologies for the delivery of agreed propositions. - Produce all necessary training documentation / information packs for Sales & Customer Services teams and carry out training workshops to ensure that front-line and support staff are adequately trained. - ensure that the right retail roaming propositions are available to Ooredoo Customers who are travelling outside of Oman and that the right retail propositions are available to customers from other international networks who are travelling to Oman - Lead and manage the development and/or enhancement of the existing, and acquire new sources that enhance market understanding and customer intelligence - Conduct strategic assessment, and assess future growth opportunities - Review MI sources against business needs, confirm sufficiency, develop resulting actionable plans - Ensure availability of local, regional and international benchmark studies, their analysis that serves as crucial input for the strategy development and planning process. - Incorporate services/initiatives from Ooredoo Group and their research teams as appropriate. - Direct the design and delivery of the pricing strategy for Ooredoo Oman, manage pricing positioning of POPSs across all consumer offering - Align pricing portfolio and propositions with business segment - Proactive development of new/innovative pricing initiatives, review best practice across the region, global, and introduce them to Oman as appropriate - Ensure proper offering to enhance customer life cycle management, and a smooth run of the pricing committee - Lead, manage, motivate and delegate within the cross-functional team to ensure the highest level of performance and to ensure the unit meets its business targets. - Be responsible for the allocation of resources within the cross functional team by aligning with individual line managers - Management of budget / costs - Identification of risk and mitigations - Manage the vendors who contribute to the product catalogueThe PersonYou should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in telecom industry with 6 years in sales and distribution while managing a team with the following: * Experience in managing P&L * Experience of dealing with Consumer across multiple industries * Strong leadership and change management skills * Experience in client and product lifecycle management * Proven track record in sales and customer support * A strong grasp of the technical aspects of the telecom industry With a Bachelors Degree in business, sales, managment or any related field, Master Degree will be preffered.Skills Required* Strategy Development * Financial Acumen * Project Management * Market Research and analysis * Consumer Business planning and development * Team Management * Communication * Interpersonal * Risk AwarenessAdditional InformationFor allinternal Ooredoo Oman applicantsthat wish to apply to this vacancy; you are required to discuss with your line manager first before applying.
