Key Responsibilities:•Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.•Support internal and external audits, including documentation and data preparation.•Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow and transactions.•Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.•Help manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely billing and collections.•Ensure compliance with tax regulations, tax filings.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, etc.,) to align financial goals with organizational objectives.•Monitor and support the financial aspects of healthcare-specific billing (e.g., insurance claims, patient payments).•Stay updated on relevant financial laws, healthcare industry regulations, and changes in accounting standards.Qualifications & Skills:•Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently qualified or with up to 2 years of experience).
