Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
Lead in-house exhibitions and coordinate directly with other departments Ensure all processes are followed and information proactively communicated.
Maintain and update the USB after sales visits, and trade shows and attend meetings when required.
Coordinate attendance at local, regional and international meetings, trade shows and conferences.
Coordinate and undertake local, regional and international exhibition research projects as directed.
Process and activate exhibitions enquiries
Assist with client quotations, and general proposals and assist in Hiring Agreement documents.
Develop close relationships with organizers and potential clients locally, regionally and internationally.
Assist with and maintain documentation, promotional material and collateral for the Exhibitions Sales team.
Assist the Exhibitions manager with the production and collation of data for the monthly report, including market intelligence and any other tasks as and when required.
Leading and managing Exhibition projects assignments, including the timely and cost effective project contributions from, internal staff and external contract service providers, who do not directly report to this role.
Promote customer relations by displaying a positive attitude, identifying needs and meeting client expectations.
Ensure personal presentation, punctuality and reliability, which reflect the corporate imageÿ
Identify and resolve challenging situations as they arise both internally and externally.
Comply with all Government legislation and policies and procedures.
Participate in training as directed by the Director of Sales.
