Mechanical Service Engineer – Oil & Gas Facilities Maintenance Project hiring for reputed Company in OmanBasic Salary : 450 - 500 (OMR) + Site postings in interior locations will include free food, bachelor accommodation, and transport.Desired Candidate Profile:Graduate Engineer in Mechanical engineering with 7+ years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance services () jobs for Oil field, large buildings, commercial properties, facilities. Gulf Experience will be an added advantage.Should possess hands-on experience in the effective management of different types of Maintenance Contracts including Integrated Facilities Management Contracts, Specialist Service Contracts etc., ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:· Overall responsible for operation and comprehensive maintenance contracts of FM Services.· Should handle mechanical pumps, Swimming pool & their equipment’s, Plumbing systems, motorized valves, PRV, block valves, water tank, float valve gauging systems, diesel driven pumps, generators, air compressor, Sewage networks, Sewage lifting stations, Irrigation plant, booster pump, portable water & their storage systems, TSE storage systems, drain line & Troubleshooting.· Exposure to other Mechanical equipment maintenance shall be an added advantage.· Should be able to lead a service team for Operations & Maintenance of Mechanical systems.· Implement the Annual Maintenance for Mechanical equipment and follow the set procedures in order to achieve the target PPM completion schedule.· Oversee the maintenance activities related to Mechanical Maintenance contracts and inspect completed work of the same to ensure conformance to OEM standards.· Oversee various Mechanical testing on all equipment to safeguard the Equipment with regard to their operational longevity.· Manage the availability of necessary Maintenance tools and equipment’s in order for the maintenance team to execute tasks in an effective manner.· Manage the audit on the technical aspect of maintenance spares to ensure their relevance with current requirements and desired specifications.· Ensure that all preventative maintenance programs comply with the company Policies and Procedures.· Ensure that all analysis and troubleshooting activities are conducted in line with the set policies and procedures.· Monitor the replacement activities of all Mechanical systems that cannot be repaired.· Ensure on-the-job safety standards/practices by adhering to the company Quality Standards through the maintenance of a clean and safe work area.· Ensure timely resolvent and settlement of complaints to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of all customer enquiries.· Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.· Prepare and submit reports to the Direct Manager covering all the Maintenance activities (Mechanical maintenance) conducted in both commercial and residential settings which include identification of potential problems, as well as recommendations for corrective action on a regular basis.· Conduct TBT & safety meeting for co-worker.· Able to make monthly reports covering site activity.Documents Needed:Updated CV with working contact numberPhotoEducational CertificatesExperience CertificatesPassport front & back copy.Interview Process:1) CV Selection2) Telephonic or Video Interview.call at 8977440780
