& Role:Job Summary:A Cloud Presales typically involves in working with potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and then demonstrate how a cloud solution can meet those needs. This involve providing technical support and guidance, answering questions about the products and services, and helping to develop a solution that fits the clients budget and requirements.The goal of a Cloud Presales professional is to help clients understand the benefits of using a cloud solution and to convince them to purchase the products and services. This include working closely with sales teams and other stakeholders within the organization to identify potential clients and develop sales strategies.Cloud presales professionals must have a background in cloud computing, as well as strong communication and presentation skills. Having experience with technical sales or consulting would be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to potential clients: This involve answering questions about the product, demonstrate how it works, and help clients understand the benefits of using a cloud solution.
  • Assess client needs and requirements: Work with clients to understand their business needs and identify the specific challenges they are facing. This information can be used to develop customized solutions that meet the clients needs.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations: Responsible for giving presentations or demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the product, and explaining how it can be used to meet the clients needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams: Work closely with sales teams to identify potential clients and develop sales strategies. They also provide technical support and guidance during the sales process.
  • Provide technical support during the implementation process: After a sale has been made, cloud presales professionals must work with clients to ensure that the product is properly implemented and configured to meet their needs. This involve providing ongoing technical support and guidance.
